You are not required to hire a personal injury lawyer to claim compensation. However, an experienced personal injury firm has all the necessary knowledge to assess whether you are entitled to compensation and to guide you through the duration of this process. Without this specialist knowledge, it is not easy to calculate all future damages and arrive at a correct compensation amount. Furthermore, you pay nothing for this guidance yourself because, if the opposing party is at fault, all these costs are reimbursed by their insurer.
