Complaints Procedure

The personal advisors at Letsolv do everything possible to represent your personal injury case as effectively as possible. Should you unexpectedly be dissatisfied, you can submit a complaint to us. We will then work with you to find the best solution.

Have you already consulted with your personal advisor?

It is advisable to first discuss your dissatisfaction with your personal advisor. Hopefully, this will lead directly to the desired solution. If you cannot reach an agreement together, you can make your complaint known to us via the methods below.

How do you submit a complaint?

You can make your complaint known to us in several ways.

What information should you include?

In order to assess your complaint promptly and carefully, we would like to receive the following information:

    • Your name and telephone number;
    • Your file number;
    • A description of your complaint;
    • Your desired solution.

What can you expect from us?

After submitting your complaint, you can expect the following from us:

  • Within five working days, you will receive a confirmation of your complaint, with an explanation of the further complaint procedure. If necessary, we will ask you for additional information;
  • Within fifteen working days, you will receive a substantive response from the complaints officer.

We conduct the complaints procedure entirely in writing, handling your data and the content of your complaint confidentially.

Letsolv Letselschade B.V. has professional liability insurance. Any liability of Letsolv – including its directors and employees – is limited to the amount paid out by the insurer under the professional liability insurance policy taken out by Letsolv, increased by the applicable deductible that is not borne by the insurer.
